This past weekend was the first open house for the Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens – And it’s beautiful! One of our designers was lucky enough to tour the house and share some amazing snapshots with us.

This year’s showcase house is without a doubt an interpretation of “quintessential southern style.” The 22,000 square foot English manor style house, sits on a 3. 5 acre lot with a 2,800 square foot pool house, infinity-edge pool and tennis court. Even with its larger size, the home has a comfortable scale and intimate quality. The large spaces in the main level can easily accommodate a large party, but aren’t overwhelming when occupied by just one or two people. Other design details include a two-story great room with 28-foot-tall ceilings, a lofty master suite with separate closets for him and her, and a terrace level with 12-foot-tall ceilings and a spa. The home features five bedrooms and nine baths over three finished floors.
