of Azul30A, we are super excited to reveal our latest addition(s) to our beach haven makeovers. Fabulous, fun –AND just a mere stone’s throw, hop-skip and jump, from the beloved Azul and Palma— our newest “Sol” and “Mar” are located on 10 San Juan Avenue in the heart of Old Seagrove on 30A. How appropriate is that?

😉 Meant to be, this pair of newly renovated beach beauties, are ready for families, fun and vacay memories. One house – Two flats. Top floor is SOL and ground floor is MAR. Each with it’s own character, but certainly complimentary, the units can be rented separately or together. How nifty is that?!
Part 1
Find your soul at Sol
Let’s begin the tour with Sol. True to the name, Sol is graced with gorgeous natural sunshine.☀️ Come on in…
Welcome aboard. Situated on the top level, nestled among the beach oaks, palms and endless blue skies, you’ll find a retreat designed with a palette of rich navy, washed indigo, bold red, hints of yellow, and crisp whites. Nautical accents and clever patterns pop up from room to room with fun, light-hearted surprises, like a big welcoming smile. Natural textures and fabrics are threaded through the interior with rugs, accessories and furnishings, creating a look of a casual elegance.
Above board is a spacious living area with an open floor plan providing great gathering space for the whole crew to enjoy the stream of natural light from the oh-so-awesome porch.
Top Deck. A porch indeed. Story-telling, dining, book reading, snoozing or an afternoon watch from the hanging chair are all encouraged.
Go with the flow. Waves of pattern make this the absolute perfect wallpaper as a subtle nod to the beach. The ripple of navy design serves as the backdrop for seating, and/or sleeping opportunities with a full size pullout.
Rise and shine. A breakfast nook that says just that. Sunny side up?
Cup of Joe. This handsome kitchen packs a crisp navy & white punch with the whole nine yards of what you need, from a cup of Joe to full on classic coastal fare.
Main Stay. A room with a view and fit for a king (sized bed) has sliding panel doors, also leading to the porch.

Ship Shape for little mates. The classic Azul30A signature bunks, where dreams are filled with anchors, stripes, and smooth sailing.
Adornings. Things are looking up. How much fun are these bathing beauties hovering over the shower?? Accented with Sol yellow on the vanity, this bath is just happy! 👙
Docking. Plenty of parking for cars (and bikes) is dedicated for our Sol guests.
Leading Light. Glorious days and magical nights. Rest assured this is a spot for grillin’ and chillin’.
