Who’s ready for a good, old-fashioned before-and-after?! There are few things more satisfying in the renovation process (and it is definitely a process at times) than being able to look back and see how far  you’ve come once everything is said and done. This gorgeous townhouse is the home of our fearless leader, Ili Hidalgo-Nilsson, which she shares with her daughter and frequent house guests (because who wouldn’t want to stay here?). When she purchased the house, it was in good shape, but very beige, dated, and choppy. Now, it’s truly become a home that is light, bright, open, and happy.
